Text of Complaint by Gowtham:

Dear Sir,

I applied for SBI card a few weeks back by providing my correct details and received the card from SBI & their team and I tried to activate the card by providing my details, requesting from SBI to activate the card but always the app says my date of birth is wrong so I can’t activate my card. In this regard, I contacted SBI support and got a stupid reply but it did not help me.

I have a due bill to pay for my unused cards on September 14, so I tried to pay this amount but the payment was rejected because the card is not active.

I kindly request you to help me solve this problem with SBI cards.
