Text of Complaint by Rahul Mittal:

Airtel customer care treats customer as fool.
At 11:43 AM on 15th Dec, Airtel send me SOA for my Airtel account – Account ID – 7042331681

After 20 mins, I called again to ask SOP for December month, they are saying , its not allowed to send.

Customer Care Executives – Sandeep and Preeti

I always feel same kind of experience with Airtel customer care.
Some provide false information, some say – clearly No.
While others provide clear information.

Customer is not a fool. Airtel customer care always waste a lot of time .
