I’m Gireesh Gandikota. I have an account in SBI bank. On 24/Dec/2023 date Rs. 5000/- deducted from my SBI account and message showing in statement as “FI Txn @ CSP outlet 002316764583275058 AEPS OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN”.
I don’t know why the amount is deducted from my account. Even i didn’t even get any kind of message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone nor I didn’t share any details with anyone. So I am complaining about this issue.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully I will get my money as soon as possible.
