Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Saptarshi, my father is “Kalipada Samanata” (SBI ACCOUNT NO -20009937068), PHONE NO:9932650664,drkalipada@gmail.com – currently busy in Cancer detection & treatment at Mumbai Tata Memorial. So, I am launching a complaint on behalf of him.
On 25/11/2023 & 20/11/2023 date Rs. 10000/- each time was deducted from my father’s SBI account and the message showing in the statement as FI Txn @ CSP
I don’t know why the amount is deducted from my account & how many times it was deducted as the passbook is not with me only from the ATM statement, we found that 20000 was withdrawn from CSP. One of the deduction messages came at 9:30 in the night, so definitely at that time all CSP points were closed. So, I am complaining about this issue.
Please revert my amount. Hopefully, my father will get his money as soon as possible.
