Dear Sir I had applied a loan of 7000 which was my first loan which I had paid 8300 asper the terms but by mistake I had paid 8300 extra which is still not refunded from 2019 in the meantime I had applied for 7500 which was sanctioned and I had requested them to adjust with the excess amount was with them till now they have not done and instead of adjusting my loan with the excess amount they are harassing me to pay the amount which is unfair as they have already my amount. Please accept my complaint regarding this matter
