Dear sir.
I have taken loan 3825.00 and I can’t pay back on time. Due to Covid and now I asked I pay your money with inntrest please how much I will pay. Stashfin chat send a link to me for closing of my loan 4550.00 pay and then loan will be setteled. But 3days over I paid that, they are not response properly, whenever I am contact them simply said after 24hrs wait. I got a mail from stashfin your payment was 4550.00 success. But customer service telling your payment was failed. They are daily harassment with text messages penalties, overdue charges, I asked them through stashfin app dear sir please close my loan I can’t pay all amount please reduce and give offer I pay and I paid also 4550 but not closed my loan still seen the app 17000+ overdue amount after 4550 paid completion. Actually I am received only 3825.00 sir. Please save me this stashfin problem thank you
