I have taken a loan of 7500 but due to my father medical condition unfortunately i am not been able to pay the EMI on time. Suddenly in 3 months i found my EMI is 2 times (RS 15000) the lending amount. The penalty they are adding is approx 100rs per day. Then i reached to their Customer Support and told the incident and ask them that i want to repay my EMI and if they should give me some rebate then it should be nice. They told me Ok i will provide you the rebate of 5000rs but you should have to make the payment of 10000rs instantly afterwards they will provide me the NOC. So in that case i paid 10000rs through their loan application. But as soon as i made the payment they hung up the call. After that i tried to reach them so many times they didn’t pick my calls. One hours later some other executive called me and ask for the remaining amount, i told them earlier one of your executive called and ask me to pay the amount of 10000rs and provided me the waiver of remaining amount so what should i pay. Then he told me that no matter what you have to pay the remaining amount to get the NOC otherwise you will face the consequences. Is stashfin a loan NBFC or a Goons Association that threatens people to take their hard earned money.
