I been reciving stashfin msgs pay early ur emis pay today pay today everyday I got msg so i paid money in 31 late night u can say 1 sept 1 am I received a msg of thank you your payment received and it showed in app that payment was updated next day i got msg that ur e nach for emi is bounced u need to pay bounce charge of 500 again next day i received a msg forgot paying bounce charge penalty is applied of 500 now u need to pay 1000 rs and bank have charged me 600 for ecareturn charges and hampering my banking and cibil scores i tried calling n msgng them after 5 days i received a call that u hav e to pay the penalty n bounce charges and u should not hv paid emi online if that’s the case y u guys hv kept option of paying emi before due date Andy u keep msgs and ask customer to pay emi beforedue date the company stashfin should revert the bounce charges and penalty and also should pay for bounce ecs charged by bank n compensation for hampering my banking n cibil score
