I had purchased a new Honda activa 5G model from Rohan Honda, Pimple Saudagar, Pune Showroom, in the month of Jan 2019 which is delivered to me on 26th Feb 2019. I Am very sorry to say that the scooter is having starting problem and the vehicle is getting switched off in between when am riding. The scooter is having a starting problem everyday morning. In between having issues with the break.
I had taken the scooter to the Rohan Honda showroom for free service two times and also mentioned the service executive about the complaints. On servicing the vehicle the service engineer had told me that issue is with corroborator which i find not correct one. Now I had done two services at the showroom at 100 and 1000 km and even two – three times for this issues but issue is still the same its starts in around 14-15th time after using with choke as well which is really very irritating and frustrating.
And from the next day morning onwards the scooter is not getting started as usual and still showing the same old complaints. Am not at all interested to just go behind the complaints and getting it rectified each time. As a customer I had paid full amount for the brand new vehicle and the company was not in a position to satisfy the customer. So need an urgent revert/resolution for the issue.
I need a written communication from your company about the next step to be taken by me as a customer. One thing let me be very clear, am not going to give the scooter for repair anymore and to hold the same scooter. If am to go behind the repairing of scooter why so much money invested by me and purchased a brand new scooter . A second hand vehicle is more than enough then.
So a replacement of the vehicle is my requirement. Nothing less than.
