Sir,
Today I went to local Vodafone care office in my city at HARI OM tower,Lalpur, Ranchi just to say and resolve my problem, but the replied me first just to wait 20 mint .then after 20 mint I come to asked about my problem then, suddenly the staff stared talking in a loud voice I ruff language and also miss behavior with me HE WAS SHOWING VERY MESSY ATTITUDE,HE WAS OVERLY LOUD SO RUDE WITH ME. Ans last they said me get loss not to come again in this store is this is a way to take to customer this type of staff have u appoint in our office ,is this a way to take with a consumer ,today I am very much disappointment with the Vodafone store ,I have no complain to Vodafone but this is not a right way to talk to the consumer .if you will not take action to that store then I have to take action ,or I will mail to consumer right or I will twit to Vodafone.,
Sir please take a action on them or I wll leave the Vodafone sim (Pot numbeVB129217)
