The salesperson’s name is Kiran Ediga. I stayed at Stanza Newport house in Yelahanka for 2 months and informed the salesman earlier. He told me that he had sent a mail to his senior for my 2 months stay and showed it to me. However, after 3 months it still showed pending dues in the app. But, I had vacated 1 month ago. The salesperson assured me that I would get the refund and whenever I called him, he told me that I would get the refund after 1 week. It’s been 3 months, and I still haven’t got the refund. Please help me with this issue.
