Hi Sir/Ma’am,
This is Akshat Gupta. I took admission in UPES in August 2023 and rented a space in your Stanza Jinan House in the same month. Now, It is October and I got admission in Delhi University on the basis of my CUET Scores. So, I am now shifting to Delhi.
I deposited INR 10,000 as security deposit and a rent of one month, i.e., INR 16,000 in advance at the time of onboarding. Considering all the basic norms and rules and regulations, I am not even asking for the refund of my amount but just asking for the transfer to Delhi stanza Space.
Sir, INR 26,000 is not a small amount for anyone and it is very disappointing to know that you are not even considering the option of transfer and not even bothering to reply to my previous emails.
I left the space 4 days ago and it’s not even a long time and hence, request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve this ASAP.
