My son V Vishnu kumar was a resident of Stanza living – Sacremento house for a period of 2 months. (Apr’23 and May’23) So after my check out Rs.10000 refundable security deposit as per contract is still not paid. Roy (Mob no.8617271194) is the person whom we interacted and now he is not responding properly and asking us to do follow up in mail. Its been more than 22 days now and still no response. Hence request you to take action please.

One Mr.Susheel from stanza called up and informed that the refund is under process and it will take 45 days. Hence for time being I am withdrawing my complaint and wait till 45 days as committed by Stanza. Thanks Stanza for the quick response and Hope you will resolve this issue amicably.
Mr.Susheel (Stanza), as committed by you, we have waited for the refund of 10k but only 7.3k has been given and remaining 2.7k is still pending. Whenever we contact you, you keep on giving wrong promises and never bothered to reply to our queries also. It is more than 1 month after you gave the commitment that 10k will get refunded. Need immediate action from your end else will raise this complaint in a big forum.
Mr.Susheel, it is the worst ever service I am experiencing from STANZA LIVING. How many more reminders do you need to process my balance refund ? This is disgusting. Awaiting quicker response.
