Sir, I received a message from Stanley Data Management Services and they give me an online agreement which I signed digitally. They give me 440 forms, which should be completed in 5 days. I did complete approx 439 forms and then my id is deactivated. And now they are asking 7000rs something for not completing the work. + I received a message from them stating — YOUR LEGAL CASE IS GOING FOR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY HIRE A LAWYER AND GO FOR FURTHER PROCESS. WE AT INSLIGHTSGLOBAL ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 73,74,75, IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT.
