Text of Complaint by Dilbagh Singh:

Deducted 699₹ on 19 may 20230without notification and I have never setup standing instructions for this payment. I can not find this payment on ZEE5 app. ICICI Bank is not helping on refund. Please refund this payment. No response after sending to help center, no acknowledgement of complaint and no option to check status of this complaint in the zee5 application. It shows the kind of support of support given when it comes to subscription payment which was fraudulently taken from my account.
