I had ordered a Paratha pack on 5th Aug with best before date of 9th Aug however in the evening on 9th Aug the Paratha has caught Fungus for which pics were shared on chat via ticket id 6691598028623 for which no executive reverted although it was before 10pm. Same evening I put email on 9th Aug woth pic of Fungus on paratha and best before date of the pack via ticket id 691600329064 for which they reverted they will resolve issue only within 48 hours of delivery so why do you sell product beyond 48 hours of shelf life?? I need explanation as well as refund for this. Spoke to Hemlata and Dilip on your contact centre and they completely denied so why sell product beyond a shelf life of 48 hours. UNETHICAL
