I am Shruti Mishra, I live in the city of Prayagraj, (U.P) 211002. On 10-11-2021 I purchased 2 units of Kanha Shyam vegetable puff of Rupees 70 from SWB MEALS (Restaurant) which is situated at H.O. 44, THORNHILL ROAD, PRAYAGRAJ (211002). It’s FSSAI No. : 12721005000315. It was take away and I came back home, had few bites of the product, I realised it was smelly. I checked inside of the product and saw that it had fungus inside the puff, I checked the other unit that was also covered with white fungus and it smelled like something has died in it. I took the product back to the restaurant (SWB MEALS) they said “sorry maam we can’t do anything about it, it won’t happen again.” I asked them for a refund, whoch was denied at the very moment and the staff was very rude, I asked him to call his manager, even the manager after admitting that he is at fault did not agree for refund and said “you do whatever you can, you are stubborn customers.” Such a conversation was unacceptable so I went back home. After an hour or so I vomitted twice, suffered bad stomach pain, somehow rried to sleep, next morning again I vomitted. I finally had to called my doctor for proper treatment.
