Hi I had been to Airtel store at Kasturi Nagar Branch on 11th March 2019 to update my residence address and update my Airtel profile.

The responce from the staff is really very bad they do not greet the customer and dont even care, they ask us to wait and in the end asked to give the copy of my new home rent agreement and advised that it will be updated with in 3 working days.

However; till date nothing has changed, I had contacted the call center to check the status and they informed that they have not received any address update request on my account till date.

Very bad customer service

thinking to change my service provider.
