One if your staff at Vile parle east branch at nehru road, refused to transfer a damaged prepaid sim card and forcefully offered a billing sim card instead. The sim card was showing some another name on it when checked by the staff present. When asked for the same the store manager started to shout and threthen to call police.
Such a disgusting manager who was not grommed and was standing casually like a road side romeo.People will prefer other networks like Vodafone or Bsnl instead if you n your team provide such guest experience.
