I went to a airtel service center for the replacement of sim they asked me for 100 rs fees and aadhar card i have given them digital aadhar card which they have not accepted then i went to bring my original aadhar card and when i came back the person who is sitting there went to lunch and i waited for about 1 hour and the person not came i asked the other staff member to please ask him to come. The person abuses me . And insulted me . And time of lunch is not mentioned in the office .
