On July 5 i entered to your diagnosis center for my stomach ultrasound and my appointment time is 5/07/2021 16:30 p.m.after few hours I am waited there ask with staff how much time when start cheackup ?then he said today ledies doctor not come so today cheakup not’ll done . After then again July 6 I visit there on the time after then m asking with receptionist how much time when start cheackup? then she talk me very aggressive mood she said for wait your appointment number is 34 after two hours again I ask with her then she talk with me very roughly your time slot after 2:00 p.m ok after waste my four hour’s when I said to her to return to my money which was I pay for ultrasound then she throw on front .She behaved like queen. Third class behavior by staff how can you hire this type staff who don’t know how to speak to Patient’s. Firstly teach her how to speak this is very wrost experience on your diagnosis center I suggested to everyone also never visited there .they are very careless .I am totally dissatisfied
