Hello i am rahul kanda f/o harshika kanda, add: Bg-6/137A, paschim vihar new delhi -110063, my ward is studing in st. Mark school meera bagh paschim vihar in class 1st B ,suddenly we want to shift our ward to another school and when we go to school for TC  they charged me for Rs8400 and they told me if court applicable that case then they doesnt charge and they refund me in a month ,but today when we goes to school they ignore me and doesnt tell me when we received refund , if courtcase goes many year so why they charged extended fees for parients ,why we suffer to pay extended fees, they give me class 2nd B  payment reciept very strange when we read, we also attach fees reciept in that mail ,. Kindly resolve that issue ,
