I Dr. Naresh working as doctor in Forensic medicine department, AIIMS Delhi; I deposited 23,000 rs fees for SSC course in KD campus coaching Mukherjee nagar on date 2/3/2020 for my wife urwashi khichi. They told classes will be started from 18/3/2020, but due to lockdown classes not started. So I called Mrs. Neetu Singh (director of KD campus coaching, mobile number is 8860330003) asked to refund my full fees 23,000 rs because she can’t provide study material or classes to my wife but the lady is very arrogant, she refused to give any fees, when I give my introduction, She said whatever u want to do…. u can do, I will not refund any fees. This behavior is not acceptable, how she can refuse to pay fees when she can’t provide coaching. She just took our money and even not providing any books, classes, study material etc.
I hope u will provide justice to us from this greedy lady Mrs. Neetu Singh owner of KD campus coaching. My wife is in depression due to financial loss and mental stress from this lady Mrs. Neetu Singh.
