So it all started in September 15th 2017 i got a call from SS Motors ( Varlaxmi Naidu ) gave me a good offer on Hyundai Grand I10 sportz AT (optional),
And confirmed the delivery on 15th of October .
On 14th of October they were not receiving my calls , on 15th they called me and told that you car is realloted to someone , then i went to their office in oshiwara heera panna mall 2nd floor .
They were ignoring me (nida memon & manisha) and not answering anything i asked .
They haven’t booked the car anywhere as i confirmed with all the dealers they told shreem mahalaxmi , shreenath andheri etc , they told they only asked and haven’t paid anything . After that i went to police to lodge a FIR for Vikas dongre (owner ss motors) he came there and compromised that he will be delivering the car in 15 days or deposit the cheque if i failed (with a promise letter) .
Then when it was 14th day after calling him everyday to confirm did he booked or not then he gave the dealer a cheque of 11000/- only . And again postponed the delivery of car by 15days .
In short he is still paying me in small amount and haven’t cleared my whole payment . They dont pick up my call there office staff is way to rude . Mr sunil yadav (Oshiwara police station ) had helped me in all the time .
