sir, maine brothers company ka single function printer galti se order kr diya kyuki mere ko multifunction printer chahiye tha and jb ye order aya tha to mne delivery boy ko open krke dekhne ke liye bi bola to use order ko dikhaya bi nahi ab m esko return krna chahta hu to flipkart wale mna kr rhe han ki return nahi hoga blki 7 days return policy bhi hai jo 13 April 2023 ko khtam ho jayegi. lekin mera product return nahi kr rhe han and ye order sri ramana solvex private limited dealer se placed hua tha . m ense bi contact krne ki kosis kr rha hu lekin contact ni ho pa rha h. flipkart customers care se sri ramana solvex private limited dealer se contact ki information lene ki kosis ki lekin flipkart wale bolte han ki enki koi details enke pass available ni h. ab m kisi se contact ni kr pa rha hu. mere 10,000 rs. bhi lg gye or koi solution bhi ni hua. Please meri koi to help kro. please sir/madam help me.
