As per above subject SR ref.no my internet down from last 07/09/2024 to 14/09/24 (still now). Once my service restored need to extended by validity for your service issue.
I have raised multiple service request even though with our customer confirmation ticket are closed with the comments issue resolved. I would like to confirm that with out end user confirmation how can engineer can close the service request which raised by customer.
Not getting any support from local Jio team, engineer are not willing to visit customer place to address the issues, Jio 3rd party vendor are not ready to take care due to non payment from Reliance jio, so I would like to highlight this issues to your concern.
