Hi Team,
I took the connection on 12th Jun 2024 and I have been facing continuous internet issues with JioAirfiber for the past 8days and until now I keep on getting calls from the Customer support team about the Engineer visit. However, no engineer turned up at my home to fix the issue.
JioAirfiber is giving priority for the new connections and not giving the support to the existing connections. I will be taking this matter to the consumer forum.
