1. Internet service not working as per promised speed since 5th November
2. Service request SR00001S9073 raised on 5th November and that was closed without any information and improper resolution as well as feedback the again new Service Request raised with number SR00001SD2VW dated 08 Nov 23 time 08:53 PM and still open in their queue without a resolution and incorrect information. they are trying to escape their SLA most of the time
3. Multiple called done to customer care but only answer that engineer will visit to resolve the issue
4. Engineer appointment scheduled but it was cancelled at next minute.
5. Its now 3 week internet service not resumed as per promised speed & no one taking ownership to resolve or informing about the actual issue.
6. Customer care is informing that there is no compensation policy present for the loss days of service.
7. Their Appellant Authority us also helpless as i had send around 10-15 emails in last 17 days and same amount of call to customer care but so far no resolution
