This is regards to SR NO CDRGP3WST20211120239339 mob no 9890012395
Have raised SR for DND issue, after activating DND services still getting HDFC Bank calls. Today again have raised new sr for same issue
So I called appellate officers team @4.37 and telecaller Shilpa received that call informed about the issue. Instead of solution she said I don’t know what is written in technical language. Have asked shilpa to whom should I raise the concern no answer from her. She is not able to tolerate customer angryness. By closing greetings she disconnected the call . Call duration (8min 04sec)
It’s a big question mark on AIRTEL..
On other side they are showing advertise of zero complaint and here 1 SR is not closing properly.
