On Aug 02 2023, I have received a call from SPM Velan Nidhi Limited, Usilampatti Main Road, Usilampatti, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625532, regarding loan offer for Rs. 2L. I was in need of some loan for my kid’s medical treatment. So I agreed to avail the loan as per their guidelines. I got call from +91 8940666800 – Mahalakshmi (Office staff-SPM) to make application fees of Rs. 450 immediately to login to loan process. So I made the payment immediately (Attached snap proof). After some days they wanted me to wait for few days, but still now no proper response received after payment done from my end. Even now they disconnect my calls. So I am lodging this complaint because they are cheating many people by offering fake loan promises and collecting a handful amount which is also not refundable. My concern is so simple that they are scamming the people. We have to stop the scam to save rest of the people. Therefore I kindly request you team to analyze and cease their fraudulent activities at the earliest. Hope this complaint would be helpful to take further action against the company.
