my customer service connection no is 10&&&&05 .I have 3 setoff boxes connected to this account ( MULITIPLE CONNECTIONS ).I pay yearly and pay for all 3 setoff boxes .When TRAI order was implemented tata sky never gave an option of loading the 3 setoff boxes with different chennels which is against the spirit of the TRAI order. WE were forced to load All 3 connections with same ( un wanted )channels increasing the cost by 50 % .I wanted to separate the three connections and allot the balance money to all the three as i paid for all 3 connections .TATASKy is refusing to accept this and insist that i pay additionally .which is making the customer suffer .i have registered many complaints with TATASKy and nodal officer but no proper response received or no proper answer given The complaint nos are 1AX6ARZB, 1B1NO5ZX , 1B9YTJTW, 1B2Y10H0, 1B2J1951, 1B6V311N, 1B83A5GP 1BZY10GG , 1B2J1980 ETC . BECAUSE TATASKY SYSTEM IS OLD AND NOT IN LINE WITH WHAT IS WANTED TO IMPLEMENT TRAI ORDER for making customers to select in all connections as they desire ,THEY REFUSE TO ALLOT MONEY TO THE RESPECTIVE aditional CONNECTIONS even though they collected money exclusively for additional connections .
