I purchased this split air conditioner from Whirlpool on May, 2023. In just 4 months, the AC stopped cooling and despite my several mails and calls the service team of whirlpool is taking no action even after 7 days of complaints.
The product is under warranty and I request to kindly lodge a complaint against this fraudulent act by Whirlpool service team and replace the air conditioner.
