I have simply been cheated by you. I ordered for a NEW SPERIA M30S mobile phone and you sent me SPIRIA mobile phone simply a lower quality spurious one (DTDC Courier, Consignment No. V57293934 dated 11.12.19, Result Received dated 15.12.19). Please arrange to refund my money already paid to you. I am sending you back the spurious mobile phone you sent. If you fail to do so I shall taken up the task of a whistle blower and spread this message of your cheating in all the social media sites namely Facebook, WhatsApp, Quora, Tweeter, Instagram etc. hope good sense will prevail and you will do the needful.
This may kindly be noted that your customer care no.+918448440689 is unresponsive. We dialled this number many a times but to no avail.
