I sold my old car to Spinny more than six months ago, and the RC transfer has still not been completed. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear update on the status of the transfer. This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience and potential legal risk for me as the previous owner. I request Spinny to resolve this issue at the earliest and ensure that the RC is transferred to the new owner without any further delay.

I am facing a similar problem with spinny. Sold my car last year (Aug 2024). It has been more than a year now and still the car is being driven in my name. Spinny claims the car has been sold, If so then why hasn’t the RC been updated? They are not solving the problem but closing the tickets on their own.
