I purchased my car from Spinny on 30th June 2023 and it has been 5 months since then. I was assured that RC transfer usually takes 2-3 months. Upon following up on the delay, I was told that the NOC is pending from the previous owner which is blocking the RC transfer. However, even after several such follow ups, there hasn’t been any progress. Every time the customer care responds with the same email just to repeat the same in every 15-20 days. I took a loan for purchasing this car and I am required to submit a copy of the RC as soon as possible. This RC transfer is a part of the service that I paid for and it is supposed to be smooth which is why I decided to buy it from them in the first place.
