Spinny delivered a vehicle without proper checking or its re-occurrence of the issues

This is to complain regarding the issue faced in and after purchase of Vehicle ( 2016 Hyundai Creta 1.6 SX Plus Auto) DL 8CAC 4575.

I have purchased 2016 Hyundai Creta 1.6 SX Plus Auto , 2016 model (DL 8CAC 4575) vehicle from Spinny hub Vega City Mall, Bangalore on 12th Dec 2024- Paid complete amount 9,34,771/-.

I started my journey from Bangalore to Koilkuntla With my family along with newly born baby on 13th Dec 2024 and faced multiple issues in vehicle during the travel. I raised an Complaint in spinny App ( Ticket number #759669) and took road side assistance to check vehicle following issues were noticed

1. Breaks was not working Properly
2. Tyres are not good condition and almost blast condition and 2 tyres are punchred.
3. Dicky door too much sound while driving.

Anyhow with mechanic assistance we reached destination safely with delayed time of 12 hours in journey.

Complaint was again raised in spinny app on 13.12.2024 (Ticket ID #744633) and ticket was closed without fixing the issue, after not receiving any response from spinny team.

Vehicle was assured by spinny team – Quality check was carried out by spinny team and the vehicle was found in perfect condition as per your spinny team ( We suspect on the quality of inspection the spinny team is holding in bangalore, which is leading to life threatening circumstances, which we survived during our journey )

once i came to bangalore, spinny team asked to dropped the vehicle in workshop to fix the issue.
Vehicle dropped for Maintenance in Spinny hub on 20.12.2024 and as per your team it will take 7 days minimum for the maintenance work.but vehicle keep the 6 days in workshop without fixing the issue.

I have planned the vacation these holidays but due to car condition i have cancelled all my programmes.

I just want to return vehicle, which was purchased on false assurance from your team, as the experience we had with the vehicle was horrible and we don’t want to be a part of it again.
