This is to complain regarding the issue faced in and after purchase of Vehicle ( Mahindra XUV 500 W 10) KA 03MW5814.

I have purchased Mahindra XUV 500 W10 , 2015 model (KA03 MW 5814) vehicle from Spinny hub Yelahanka, Bangalore on 16th june 2023- Paid complete amount 12,24,000. The vehicle delivery was taken directly in hospital due to emergency issue.

I started my journey from Bangalore to Shimoga With my family along with newly born baby on 23 june 2023 and faced multiple issues in vehicle during the travel. I raised an Complaint in spinny App ( Ticket number 01297779) and took road side assistance to check vehicle following issues were noticed

1. Turbo was not working Properly and Pickup dropped to 100 km/hr
2. False command regarding the front brake application was activated
3. Return Air intercooling line was found and Pipe was choked with oil
4. Fuel injector was having leakage and Diesel was found on the engine
5. Clutch plate was not working properly
6. Door and window bidding was having air leakage

Anyhow with mechanic assistance we reached destination safely with delayed time of 12 hours in journey.

Complaint was again raised in spinny app on 26.06.2023 (01305899) after not receiving any response from spinny team.

Complete vehicle history was extracted from us ( attached for your reference ), Vehicle was dropped for repair maintenance on 72038 km on 20th may 2023 in Bangalore showroom and it the issues were noticed and explained to previous owner.

Vehicle was assured by spinny team – Quality check was carried out by spinny team and the vehicle was found in perfect condition as per your spinny team ( We suspect on the quality of inspection the spinny team is holding in bangalore, which is leading to life threatening circumstances, which we survived during our journey )

Vehicle dropped for Maintenance in Spinny hub on 27.06.2023 and as per your team it will take 7 days minimum for the maintenance work.

I just want to return vehicle, which was purchased on false assurance from your team, as the experience we had with the vehicle was horrible and we don’t want to be a part of it again.
