I had unfortunately applied for a loan with Spiderman on 19th Dec 2023 which was credited on 20th Dec 2023. I repaid it back on 27th Dec 2023. But they again did an auto loan approval and again transferred back the money to me on 27th Dec 2023 which I did not notice. I was asked to repay that on 1st Jan 2024 which I did and specifically asked them not to do any auto loan for me to which they confirmed but again they transferred a higher loan amount onn 1st Jan 2024 which I asked them to revert immediately but they did not respond. I transferred the amount that I received from them back on 1st Jan 2024 and inspite of multiple calls and reminder nobody is responding. I have informed them in writing that I am not going to make any further repayment and not to send any money to me.
If they ask me for repayment on 7th Jan, then I’m not obligated to make any payment but still thye will threaten and harass me.
