Text of Complaint by Sanjib Kumar Mondal:

Our Flight scheduled at 13.55 on 6th Nov’22 accordingly we came to airport. We were booked spicejet flight from Goa to Kolkata. They have informed us the flight will be resechudled at 21.30 from Goa to Mumbai and Next day in the morning at 5.55 am they will connect us Mumbai to Kolkata flight and in between they will arrange the food, hotel stay for night at Mumbai, to & fro cab for Mumbai airport to hotel and back. The Flight from Goa to Mumbai landed at 23.30 at night. In the Mumbai port the spicejet staff misbehave with us and harassed like anything. They were trying to personally abuse us. We all three family with childrens are travelling total 11 members out of them 5 are children. Mumbai spocejet staffs are denied with the given committed facilities by the Goa Spicejet staffs, also they were threatened us for to put in police etc. Just one question is this company spicejet have any humanity, they are shameless. Harassing people is there every day activity and they are used to it. This operator should immediately punished and stoped.
