Hi,
The below flight was canceled by Spicejet themselves (not by me). At first, Spicejet postpones the flight and then later canceled it on its own. This had created a lot of trouble for me. This postpones of flight and later cancellation is definitely not a good experience for your customer. What more worse happened after that is it’s more than a month and they have not returned the amount yet. First, they said, they have credited back the amount but when I confronted them, they said it was a mistake and due to COVID things are delayed. They keep on giving excuses and have not returned by amount yet. Please look into this.
