Text of Complaint by Aman kumar:

I had booked Spicejet flight SG8191 on 21-May-2023 and the flight departure time was 21:20 and I reached 21:10 at boarding but the employee of spicejet told me that the flight already flew away at 21:05. I’m attaching my ticket and mobile boarding pass cancellation slip. Please take necessary actions because one of the employee was rude too.
