Text of Complaint by Debbie:

It’s been more than 3 months that I have been following up with Spicejet. Pnr no. Y5682B/SG. I booked the ticket a month in advance. Just few days before the date of the flight, I was informed that my flight has been delayed by a week. I had no choice but to cancel my ticket and take another airlines. Not only did they charge me of the cancellation charges, but also they do not wish to refund the remaining. At first, I would get response to my email with messages that there is some technical issues with the refund panel. Now, Spicejet does not even bother to respond to my recent emails. I’ve learnt my lesson- Spicejet never again!
