With reference to my PNR: WEFVNT and complaint number: 07466757 I would want to mention that I booked air tickets on 9th July 2021 and made a successful transaction through UPI of 11,100/- but your executive said that you haven’t received the payment at your end.
And it’s been more than 2 months now that I have not got my refund yet. I had attached my bank statement from 9th July 2021. I had complained to the customer relations of SpiceJet but I get the same reply from their end everytime that they are working on it. It’s highly unprofessional of them.
