Text of Complaint by Sai Ram Babu Domathoti:

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

The issue that I have experienced was: we have PNR – WDFQ2T and also check-in thru web but at the time of travel, the staff has not allowed my family members (the listed passengers) to board. they were stating that these people are late. I was dropped them at airport at 09:49 am and they were inside airport by 10:05 and report time mentioned as 10:20 am, so they were at the time but they did not allowed them to on board and because of that i have lost entire amount and trip plan as well. we were carrying a 3 years old baby and we have very important work to do at the destination. because of this incident, we were lost money as well as time and an important meeting too. this is not at all acceptable. please kindly look into this and take necessary action.

It occurred on: 28/01/2021

refund the full amount and also should promise to not to do these kind of mistakes in future
