I booked a spicejet flight ticket for 13 may 2020 from mumbai to varanasi but the flight was cancelled due to the lockdown announced all over India and I was said I will be given the refund
in my credit shell of spice jet and if I not use it till 31 march 2021 then the money will be refunded toward my bank account but it has been more than a year and I haven’t got any refund and I also tried mailing them at there customer care but there was no response
