Spice jet flight sg-139 is supposed to flew AT 7 PM, But it got rescheduled to 8:50 Pm and no update messages were sent after this.

Upon reaching airport airline again said the flight is further delayed to 11:05pm, at 11:30pm also the boarding was not started and i have to wait for next announcement. I had an important business meeting and office work next day but airline is still not showing any signs of flight movement.

This is hilarious, they do not understand the urgency and time wasted in waiting for flight.

I want your valuable authorities to look into it where passengers have suffers for such carelessness of airlines and refund the amount of ticket along with penalities.

Also makemytrip (from where the ticket was booked) application have no updates of flights being rescheduled, it is showing me that my trip is completed, however the journey is yet to start.

this is completely misleading the passengers to manage their journey and time for travel.

I would leave rest to your fine sense of judgement and take strict action against such misconduct.

I am a common travel who do not have high position and reach but i know government will listen to my plea and will do the needful to avoid such misconduct with other people.
