I had booked a Spice jet flight on 15th Sept 2020, PNR # CBBFRJ, but the flight was cancelled. And the amount charged (approximately 7k) was moved to credit shell. I tried using the credit shell for booking another flight but spice jet services were continuously unavailable for coming years and my money was stuck unable to use it. I was asked to contact the agency(clear trip) to get the refund but the . But they too have denied the refund my money. This is fraud by both the parties involved.
