Hi,
I have booked the flight in mid of May for Delhi to Dubai and vice-versa from Spice Jet Airline Dated June 07, timings 07:45 AM to 10:10 AM to June 11, timings 11:10 AM to 03:55 PM
On June 05th I got a message from Spice Jet my flight has been preponed 6 hours i,e. 01:10 AM to 03:55 AM reaching early morning in Dubai.
Adding to the above SpiceJet also cancelled the return flight from Dubai to Delhi. So I have to book another flight to Emergency of Emirates which cost me at high prices.
Now when I am calling Spice Jet to compensate me for my amount and also provide me accommodation by reaching early in Dubai Airport as I am having a baby at 09 months old.
SpiceJet is denying that there is nothing in their policy for compensation and accommodation.
They just providing 2000/- vouchers that can only be redeemed in SpiceJet.
I have additionally spent Rs 36,000/- thousand rupees because of Spice Jet issues and that too they are not ready to compensate.
My only ask with Spice Jet is please provide me with my compensation amount.
