I am writing to express my concern regarding the slow internet speed that I have been experiencing on my Jio Fiber connection. I am supposed to receive 150 Mbps, but the actual speed I am getting is way below that. This is causing significant frustration and inconvenience, as I rely on a fast and reliable internet connection for work and personal use.
Despite several attempts to troubleshoot the issue on my own, including restarting the modem and checking all connections, the problem persists. I have also checked my device for any possible issues, but everything seems to be working properly.
