I had raised a ticket on 20 May ,2021(#5789388) more than 2 weeks of facing frequent disconnection and slow speed since then the issue is not resolved. Since more than two week I am suffering due to the frequent disconnection and slow speed of internet which impacted the work.
they closed the ticket without even resolving the issue.
please help me.
